We like to refer to ourselves as a true Mom & Pop, small production, boutique winery. Our goal is to offer wines carefully crafted in traditional European styles. Pen Druid Brewing

Pen Druid Brewing focuses on wild fermentation, barrel fermenting and aging, traditional spontaneous fermentation, and naturally carbonated beers. The brewery is owned and operated by the three brothers Lain, Van, and Jennings Carney who are in the psych-rock band Pontiak. Pen Druid is a 10bbl woodfired brewery. All kegs and bottles are naturally carbonated using secondary fermentation in the bottle or the keg.
